EXW | Ex Works En fabrica | SELLER delivers merchandise in its own premises, making it available to buyer excluding transportation services. |
FCA | Free Carrier | SELLER delivers merchandise to transporter in agree location and loaded on transport unit. |
FAS | Free Alongside Ship | SELLER delivers merchandise to buyer on its transporter on the dock alongside the ship. |
FOB | Free On Board | SELLER delivers merchandise to BUYER passed the ships rail. |
CFR | Cost and Freight | SELLER delivers merchandise to buyer passed the ships rail. Also the seller will pay the freight cost. |
CIF | Cost, Insurance and Freight | SELLER delivers merchandise to BUYER passed the shipsrail. Also the SELLER will pay the freight cost and a minimal insurance. If BUYER desires higher transport insurance coverage it will be arranged. |
CPT | Carriage Paid To | SELLER delivers merchandise to buyer when it is made available to transporter and loaded. Also SELLER pays the freight cost. |
CIP | Carriage and Insurance Paid to | SELLER delivers the merchandise to the BUYER when made available to transporter and loaded. Also the SELLER will pay the freight cost and minimum coverage transport insurance. If buyer requires higher coverage it will be arranged. |
DAP | Delivered At Place | SELLER is responsible of merchandise risk with delivered to BUYER at agreed location. SELLER carries out customs dispatch for export. This incoterm replaces DAF (delivered at Frontier) and DDU ( Delivered Duty Unpaid). |
DAT | Delivery At Terminal | SELLER is responsible of merchandise risk until delivered (unloaded) to BUYER in the port terminal or warehoulin destiny. SELLER bears delay costs the SELLER carries out export customs dispatch. This Incoterm replaces a DEQ (Delivered Ex Quay) and DES ( Delivered Ex ships) |
DDP | Delivered Duty Paid | SELLER delivers merchandise making it available to the buyer in the agreed location loaded and dispatched having paid all costs. |
